Welcome to BidinlineIndia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the BidinlineIndia website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by BidinlineIndia LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Role

BidinlineIndia operates solely as an intermediary marketplace that connects Property Owners and Contractors.

BidinlineIndia:

• Does not perform construction or contracting services
• Does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any work
• Is not a party to any agreement between Property Owners and Contractors

All contracts, negotiations, and work agreements occur directly between the Property Owner and the Contractor.

3. Property Owner Use

Property Owners may submit project opportunities free of charge.

By submitting a project, Property Owners agree to:

• Provide accurate project descriptions
• Provide valid contact information
• Allow the Platform to distribute the project to contractors in the database
• Communicate in good faith with contractors expressing interest

BidinlineIndia may contact Property Owners to confirm project details, scope, and timing before publishing the opportunity. Furthermore, BidinlineIndia may contact Property Owners to find out the Contractor that was awarded the project

BidinlineIndia reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove project postings at its discretion.

4. Contractor Registration

Contractors must:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Identify their service categories and geographic areas
• Maintain appropriate licenses where required by law
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

BidinlineIndia may remove or suspend Contractors who provide inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

5. Project Matching Process

The Platform operates generally as follows:

1. A Property Owner submits a Project Opportunity.
2. BidinlineIndia reviews the Project Opportunity and contact the Property Owner to better understand the expectations from the Project Opportunity.
3. The Project Opportunity is shared with relevant Contractors in the database.
4. Contractors may review the scope and decide whether they are interested.
5. Contractors expressing interest may be presented to the Property Owner.
6. The Property Owner may choose any number of Contractors to contact or shortlist.
7. Shortlisted Contractors may communicate with the Property Owner via the Platform chat or directly.

BidinlineIndia does not guarantee that a project will receive Contractor interest.

6. Contractor Fee

Contractors agree that:

• Expressing interest in a project constitutes acknowledgement of the fee terms.
• If the Contractor is awarded the project, the Contractor agrees to pay BidinlineIndia a success fee ranging from Rs. 300 to Rs. 1200, depending on the project category or value.

The exact fee may be:

• Disclosed prior to expressing interest
• Determined by project category or project size

Contractors agree to promptly report if they are awarded a project through the Platform.

Failure to report awarded projects or failure to pay the fee may result in:

• Account suspension
• Legal collection of unpaid fees.

7. No Guarantee of Work

BidinlineIndia does not guarantee:

• That Contractors will be selected
• That Property Owners will hire any contractor
• That any project will proceed to completion

Participation in the Platform does not ensure business opportunities.

8. Communications

Users may communicate via:

• Platform chat tools
• Email
• Direct telephone contact

Once a Contractor is shortlisted, communication may occur directly between the parties.

BidinlineIndia is not responsible for communications between the parties.

9. Verification and Licensing

BidinlineIndia may request information about contractor qualifications or licensing but does not guarantee verification.

Property Owners are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including:

• Checking licenses
• Reviewing insurance
• Verifying references.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees
• Harass other users
• Post fraudulent projects
• Misrepresent licensing or qualifications.

Violation may result in account termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidinlineIndia shall not be liable for:

• Contractor performance
• Construction defects
• Project delays
• Financial losses
• Personal injury or property damage arising from work performed

All such matters are the sole responsibility of the contracting parties.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BidinlineIndia LLC and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims arising from:

• User conduct
• Construction work performed
• Contracts between Property Owners and Contractors.

13. Privacy

User information is collected and used in accordance with the BidinlineIndia Privacy Policy.

Contact details submitted by Property Owners may be shared with interested Contractors for the purpose of facilitating project discussions.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

BidinlineIndia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Misrepresentation
• Abuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.

16. Modifications

BidinlineIndia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and become effective upon posting.
